Just catching up, I will be questioning the application to vary condition 10 (Code for Sustainable Homes) and to remove condition 11 (Carbon Reduction Statement) attached to outline planning approval 13/00365/OUT at H W Moon Ltd 56 Wood Lane Heskin Chorley PR7 5NU. Surely affordable homes should be affordable to live in.
